Dispatched our commercial HVAC technician to a computer repair shop in La Crescenta California. One of the tenants reported that their AC wasn't working, blowing only warm air. Our tech troubleshooted the #4 ICP system and found the low pressure switch open, and the stage one compressor out of refrigerant. Will need to quote out a leak search and repair for stage one, and adjust pressures on stage 2.

Checked for fresh air issues, found fresh air intakes closed and several supply registers closed. Open and cleaned all, ran and cycled units to confirm trip issues were resolved. Reprogrammed the thermostat in one of the offices per tenant request. Site heating normally again.

RESSAC technician responded to commercial service request. Complaint was that water leaks occur when it rains and roofer claims it is due to a/c units. Technician inspected ICP equipment on roof and recommended repitching units for better drainage. Also resealing around the curb of the unit.
