Dispatched our commercial HVAC technician to a computer repair shop in La Crescenta California. One of the tenants reported that their AC wasn't working, blowing only warm air. Our tech troubleshooted the #4 ICP system and found the low pressure switch open, and the stage one compressor out of refrigerant. Will need to quote out a leak search and repair for stage one, and adjust pressures on stage 2.
A computer store in La Crescenta CA reported an AC unit not cooling properly. The technician found their commercial unit was shut off at the disconnect. Reset unit, confirmed it is operational but has pitted contactors. Quote for contactors is already with customer waiting on approval.
Dispatched our Montrose CA area technician for a no heat call. Upon arrival, our tech inspected the ICP air conditioner and found a code 4 on the circuit board. Checked for fresh air issues, found fresh air intakes closed and several supply registers closed. Open and cleaned all, ran and cycled units to confirm trip issues were resolved. Reprogrammed the thermostat in one of the offices per tenant request. Site heating normally again.
